Property Pilot is an AI-based platform, specifically LLM and Classification processes, and the system was designed based on real, accessible databases.
The result is a highly informative web platform for analyzing and comparing data, organizing and simplifying laws and incentives from reliable sources to help administrators reduce the carbon footprint of their buildings.
Through in-depth interviews with condominium administrators, it emerged that the lack of accessible, reliable, and actionable information limits the ability to optimize building operations, plan cost-effective renovations, and adopt sustainable practices.
In response, a feasible AI-driven platform based on real data was designed to clarify complex documents, provide trustworthy information, and deliver renovation recommendations tailored to each building. The platform also promotes awareness of emissions reduction and sustainability, and was validated through user testing with Maze.
